Esther Lillo and Dominique Gross, who have accumulated over 35 years of experience working for non-profit entities, private companies, and as consultants, take on managing the consulting firm. Besides, Diagram Consultores has three associate consultants involved in projects entrusted to us by our clients: Gonzalo Álvarez de Toledo, Inma Guixé, and Marco Gordillo. Finally, we have at our disposal an experienced cluster of independent consultants as regular collaborators, who join our teams when our work demands it.
Esther Lillo
At Diagram Consultores, she specializes in Fair Commerce and project management, relative to microfinance tools in particular, without leaving aside research and specialized document writing because of it. Since 1993, she has worked both in the private sector (Sema Group, actual Atos Origin, Valenzuela Bolás, Agroconsulting), and in the Third Sector for several entities and organizations. Her work has always been linked to projects and programs, and entity management and administration (Setem, Manos Unidas, Intermón Oxfam, AECI, FIES). She has collaborated in different studies and publications, among others: “Technical Function (Project) in the “Help Manual To Manage Non-profit Entities” Ed. F. Luis Vives (Oct. 2003), “Project justification for private entities” in the core course “Technical and Administravie Justification for Subsidized Projects” from the Non-profit Entities Management Program of the Luis Vives Foundation, “There is Earth to spare”. Inma Guixé
At Diagram Consultores, she coordinates studies and research relative to development and gender cooperation issues. She has been responsible for projects and programs in several non-profit organizations (Manos Unidas, Educación Sin Fronteras, Intermón Oxfam) in Spain, Latin America, and Africa. She has also worked as researcher in study centers about the third sector, and as consultant for AECI, the Cooperation Agency in Catalonia, and multilateral bodies such as UNDP. Marco Gordillo
At Diagram Consultores, he specializes in the evaluation and monitoring of development cooperation projects, as well as supporting the different lines of research we conduct. He has worked in the social field with volunteers in associations such as ACOPE and Fourth World, performing assistance work and volunteer coordination, as well as entity representation tasks. In development cooperation, he has vast experience in project management, at Manos Unidas among other organizations, specializing in Latin America, where he has traveled repeated times (Brazil, México, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Ecuador). His main specialties are in the field of human and indigenous rights. He has assisted several Latin American social movements. He has carried out a study on poverty and marginalization in the fourth world and its consequences in the current context in Spain 1998. Besides, he coordinated the international publication on ALCA (American Free Trade Agreement) 2003 of the CIDSE network.
Gonzalo Álvarez de Toledo
He has carried out a study on poverty and marginalization in the fourth world and its consequences in the current context in Spain 1998. Besides, he coordinated the international publication on ALCA (American Free Trade Agreement) 2003 of the CIDSE network. He is an expert in Sectorial Focus (SWAP) and budgetary Support and in Social Development and Civil Society. He has a vast career in monitoring of development cooperation projects, having traveled to several developing countries since 1993. His professional experience combines his ONG work at the beginning of his career in CEAR, both in the offices and the field, always in project management, and his work in the private sector in EPTISA INTERNACIONAL, one of the main cooperation companies in our country. At the latter, he has been backstopping director of European Union cooperation projects, and director in the public politics field for the development cooperation division.
Currently, he coordinates Diagram Consultores and specializes in the development of webs and IT software for the Third Sector, without leaving aside communication and marketing. As well, he is our company’s Quality expert. With an extensive professional experience, he has worked in several companies and NGOs since 1983: he has been Manager in the Santamaría-Ediciones Sm Foundation Marketing and Educative Services Department, Manager at Intermón Oxfam Communication and Education for Development, Associate and Manager Diagram Marketing Relational, MNOS UNIDAS Associate Department Coordinator, Kenton-Boutique American Express Product Manager, and Doctors Without Borders Logistics Manager, Zaire and Uganda. He has participated in publications such as “The Voice of those fighting against Poverty”, Ed. ATD Fourth World 2003, as coordinator in the “Help Manual for Non-profit entities Management”, Ed. Luis Vives and Caja Madrid Foundation 2003, as author of Human Resources, Communication, and Organization and Management chapters, and in “Teachings and Good Practices for education projects in developing countries” AECI 2002. He is associate professor in the Pontificia University of Comillas, in Madrid, and he teaches the Social Marketing class in the Business Management degree and in the Marketing Management Master.
